TJA Consulting, Inc. is a commercial finance consulting firm. We assist small business owners and real estate investors in structuring commercial real estate financing requests and presenting them to lenders and capital sources.
TJA Consulting, Inc. is not a lender. Nothing on the Sites constitutes an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a loan approval, or a guarantee of financing on any terms. All financing is subject to underwriting, credit and background review, property diligence, and final approval by the applicable lender. 3. SMS Messaging Terms (TJA Consulting SMS Notifications)
These terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by TJA Consulting, Inc. (the “Program”).
3.1 Program description
When you opt in to the Program, TJA Consulting, Inc. may send you SMS text messages related to your financing inquiry, including: callback notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests, and status updates regarding your request.
3.2 How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms, or by providing express consent verbally or in writing during the intake process. Consent records (date, time, and source) are retained.
3.3 Consent is not a condition of service
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from TJA Consulting, Inc.

3.9 Privacy

3.10 Changes to the Program
We may suspend or terminate the Program, or modify these SMS terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
4. No Guarantee of Financing
Submitting an inquiry, application, or document through the Sites does not guarantee that financing will be offered, approved, or funded, or that any particular rate, leverage, structure, or timeline will be available. Closing timelines described on the Sites are typical observed ranges, not commitments. Background checks are required on all commercial financing requests.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Sites for business purposes.
- You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will promptly update us if it changes. Lending decisions depend on the accuracy of the information supplied.
- If you provide a mobile number, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will notify us if you relinquish it.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TJA CONSULTING, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TJA Consulting, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Sites.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
