SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate, business acquisition, equipment, and expansion. Up to $5M on 7(a) and up to $5.5M on the SBA portion of 504. Long terms, low down payments, and the most attractive structures available for ownerusers.
